Step 1: Account Creation
Activate your school administrator account via the invitation link sent to your email.
Step 2: Student Roster Upload
Import students using the provided Excel template to ensure YOS level mapping is correct.
Common Issues & Solutions
Students are not appearing in my class list
Check that students have been correctly imported and assigned to the right year group. Go to School Settings → Students and verify their YOS level and class assignment.
The report is not generating
Ensure all students have completed or been marked as exempt from the assessment. Reports require 100% submission status before they can be finalised.
I cannot see the export button
Export permissions are role-based. If you are a teacher, contact your school administrator to enable export access for your account.
