Yes. AlMiqyas supports unlimited concurrent teacher logins under a school subscription. Each teacher has their own secure login and sees only their assigned classes.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on tablets and smartphones. Students can complete assessments on any modern browser without installing an app.

YOS groups students by how many years they have studied Arabic, rather than by age or school year. This ensures every student is assessed at the correct proficiency level, producing more accurate and actionable results.

AlMiqyas offers three core assessment types: Diagnostic (identify gaps), Summative (measure achievement), and Benchmark (compare against standards). All are available for Arabic A and Arabic B learners across YOS 1–9.

Assessment duration varies by type and YOS level, typically ranging from 20 to 45 minutes. Schools can schedule assessments at any time through the platform dashboard.

The core question bank is standardised to ensure benchmark validity. Schools can configure assessment timing, assign specific YOS levels, and select which classes sit which assessment type.

AlMiqyas generates Student Individual Reports, Class Reports, Year Group Reports, Cohort Comparison Reports, Benchmark Reports, and School-Wide Analytics Dashboards — all exportable as PDF or Excel.

Yes. AlMiqyas reports are structured to align with common inspection frameworks (e.g. KHDA, ADEK, BSO). Many schools use our cohort analytics and benchmark data directly in their SEF and school improvement action plans.

Results for objective question types are available immediately after submission. Full analytical reports are generated within minutes of the last student completing the assessment.

Yes. All reports and raw data can be exported in PDF and Excel formats directly from the dashboard. Bulk exports for entire year groups are also supported.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). AlMiqyas complies with the UAE PDPL and implements role-based access controls, MFA for admins, and regular security audits.

The school retains ownership of all student data. AlMiqyas processes it solely as a data processor under the school's instructions. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Schools can export all their data at any time. After subscription ends, data is retained for 2 years then securely deleted, unless the school requests earlier deletion.

Yes. For schools serving EU-based students or operating under EU curricula, AlMiqyas processes data in compliance with GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included in all school contracts.
